Emily P. Tierney, M

Dr. Emily P. Tierney is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Boston University and is currently the Assistant Director of Surgical Training at Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Tierney received her medical degree at Stanford University. She subsequently trained at Tufts University (Internal Medicine) and Henry Ford Health System (Dermatology). She subsequently performed a fellowship certified by the American College of Mohs Surgery and the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Dermatology under the direction of Dr. C. William Hanke at the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Indiana. Dr. Tierney is Board Certified in Dermatology and has lectured at national conferences and is the author of 47 scientific publications and book chapters.
